Duane Conrad

Born in the Bronx and raised in Broward County, Duane has been a South Florida resident since the early 1970s. With decades of experience in real estate, he became a licensed Realtor in the early 2000s after personally investing in and renovating multiple properties.

Duane played a key role in revitalizing Parkland Golf & Country Club with WCI in 2010 and later helped launch the final 500 homes in Heron Bay. He has served in various architectural and community consultant roles across Parkland’s premier developments, including Heron Bay, Parkland Bay, and Watercrest.

In 2016, Duane returned to general real estate with a focus on resales and remains a trusted voice through his “Heron Bay Experts” and “Parkland Daily” podcasts.
