Steve Boyette

Steve Boyette is the Co-Founder and Broker of Blue Realty, with over a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate across South Florida. Ranked among the Top 1% of agents nationwide, he’s known for his market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and client-first approach.

With degrees in Marketing and Business Management from FAU, Steve began his career in commercial real estate before launching Blue Realty to help families navigate their most important investments. He also mentors a team of top-producing agents.

Outside of real estate, Steve, his wife Lindsay, and their three boys are active in the community—often serving at Parkridge Church or coaching on the baseball fields.
