Steve and his wife Wendy have been successful business owners in Palm Beach and Broward County for over 33 years and have lived in the Coral Springs/Parkland area for 30 of those years, where they raised their two children. Appointed as “Special Magistrates” by the Broward County Court, Steve and Wendy have been trusted to handle sensitive real estate matters with integrity and compassion.
