Ashley Baillio

Ashley Baillio is Co-Owner of Blue Realty, with over nine years of real estate experience and a strong background in business development. A University of Georgia graduate, she began her career with Chick-fil-A’s West Coast Office, later opening a franchise in San Diego before moving to South Florida in 2015, where she and her husband expanded their business.

Ashley started in real estate as an investor, then began serving clients in 2017. In 2023, she became a partner at Blue Realty, focusing on agent training, business development, and leading the Sell South Florida Team as listing specialist. Known for her market knowledge, contract expertise, and collaborative leadership, Ashley is a trusted advisor who puts her clients and team first.
